The team at Christies Global have a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge of the grooming industry. It is our aim to treat you as a partner in our business, to grow your sales and deliver outstanding customer support. We work tirelessly to bring innovative products to market that will help grow your business through high quality products that generate proven repeat sales.

 

Prices & payments

All non-EC companies or EC companies with a valid VAT registration number will be exempt from VAT.

All European companies without a valid VAT registration number will have UK VAT added to their order at the current rate of 20%. Prices are quoted in UK £ Sterling. We reserve the right to change prices at any time according to exchange rate, raw materials cost increases or increased shipping costs.

 

Shipment

Prices given are Ex works. We work with proven freight companies to negotiate excellent shipping rates and will be happy to provide you with a quotation for your shipping direct to your warehouse if required. If you would prefer, you can collect from our warehouse using your own courier. Please inform us when placing your order if you do not require a shipping quotation.

We endeavour to ship orders within 7 days after full payment has been received.

Shipping and custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Dispatch to the final destination is at the expense and risk of the buyer.

 

Minimum order

Minimum order values apply. Please ask your Account Manager for more details. Orders which do not meet the minimum order value will not be processed.

 

Reception and complaints

If damage occurs during shipping, please sign on the delivery note that goods are damaged.

Please notify us immediately if there are any problems with your order. Returned goods will only be accepted with prior arrangement. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges on any warranty items being returned to us.

 

Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the original purchase date. The customer is responsible for any freight charges arising from warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or neglect.

 

Conditions of Sale

Owing to supplier price increases and changes in currency exchange rates, we reserve the right to change prices at any time.

 

False Orders

All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the police.

 

Liability 

Christies Direct accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and most particularly that of Northern Ireland.

 

Our Guarantee

We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible for the price we charge, and we try to provide the best possible service to you.

If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify Christies Direct either by telephone or by e-mail within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Call our sales team for assistance with your return.

 

Product Disclaimer

Images are shown for illustration purposes only and actual products and packaging may vary due to changes made by our suppliers. We reserve the right to remove or replace products with superior products at short notice.

How does Christies Global protect customer information?

When you place orders or access your account information, we make use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, to ensure compliance with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
